Take Notice that I intend to Appear on Saturday Next being the
first day of June at the Next General Sessions of Oyer and Terminer holden
at Justice Hall in the Old Bailey within the Parish of Saint Sepulchre in the
Ward of Farringdon without at Nine oClock in the forenoon of the Same day and
Plead not guilty to your Bill of Indictment Prefere'd against me for
the said Perjury And at the Same time will take my tryal on the said
Bill of Indictment Dated May 28 1754
