Thomas Lilly< no role > Steward of the House. This Informant On his Oath
saith that the Razor now produced is the Razor he had from
Mr. Fouch the Turnkey and which Fouchhehad from Mr Finch
Says that he saw Mrs Finch fall down but did not see the
Wound given, Says that he heard Mr Finch Acknowledge
that he had Murdered his Wife

John Bates< no role > Scavenger of the House, on his Oath saith that he
saw Mrs. Finch fall from the Cistern down the Stairs, And
Observed her all bloody and Dead, Says that he then went up
into Finch's Ward and said to him Finch you have
Killd your Wife, to which he replyed, I know it, and gave
this Informant two Letters which are now in the Sheriffs hands
Says that he Searched him & found a Razor and a little
Knife
