Night Carried him to Newgate
(to Come at the truth of which & other
Circumstances relating there to this Indictment was Preferred) and See & [..]
most if not the whole of the Affair that then happned and upon whose
Testimony this Deponent Chiefly rely's on to Convict the said Defendts.
& without whose Testimony this Deponent (as he is Advised & believes)
Cannot Safely Try the Traverse of the Said Indictment.
