is as this Deponent is advised and verily beleives a material
Witness for him this Deponent in this Cause and without whose Testimony
he cannot safely proceed to the Trial thereof And this Deponent Saith
that upon enquiry at the Dwelling House of the said Charles Crump< no role >
at
Mercers Hall
in Ironmonger Lane
London
in order to Subpena him to give
evidence in this Cause on the part of this Deponent He this Deponent
was informed by the Servant of the said Charles Crump And Also by one of the Clerks in the
Office at the said Hall that the said Charles Crump went into Buckingham-
-Shire on Thursday last was a Week on the said Company's affairs and
is not yet returned But that he is expected in Town again in about
a Weeks time All which this Deponent verily beleives to be true.
