For Wilfull and
Corrupt Perjury

Francis Brown< no role > of the Parish of Saint Mary White Chapple in the County of
Middlesex Yeoman and John Wright< no role > of the said Parish and County Yarnmaker
the Presentor in this Indictment Severally make Oath as follows And first
this Deponent. Francis Brown< no role > for his Part Saith that he has for Some time
last Past used his Ultmost endeavours to find Out Mary< no role > the Wife of Charles
Blasdate
< no role > late of the Precinct of Saint Catherines near the Tower of London
Marriner A Material Witness for the Prosecutor in this Indictment as this
Deponent has been Informed nd believes And this Deponent Francis Brown< no role >
further Says that upon. Such Inquiry aforesaid he has been Informed and
believes that the said Mary Blasdate< no role > is at Prevent gone out of this Kingdome
in to France upon her Own Affairs and not expected to return for this three
Weeks or upwards And lastly this Deponent Francis Brown< no role > for his Part further
Saith that he did on Thursday the thirtieth Day of May Instant deliver
to Miles Smith< no role > and Joseph Butcher< no role > (two of the Defendants above named)
A true Copy of the Notice hereunto Annexed and directed to each of them
respectively And on the, Same Day did leave two other true Copys thereof
One with the said Defendant Smith and Directed for the said Defendant
Anthony Rippen< no role > And the other with Mrs. Thomas Mother of the said Robert
Thomas
< no role > the Younger directed to the said Robert Thomas< no role > the Younger being
the Several Places of Abode of the said Defendants Anthony Rippen< no role > and
Robert Thomas< no role > the Younger who Severally Promised to deliver the same
to them as Soon as they returned home And this Depont. John Wright< no role > for his
Part Saith that the Bill of Indictment Preferred against the said Several Defts.
above named was Preferred against them at the last Sessions of the Peace
held at Justice Hall in the Old Bailey and that Robert Thomas the Younger One
of the Depts. above named hs not as Yet Pleaded to the said Indictment
(as by the Notice hereunto Annexed delivered to this Deponent three or
four Days ago only Appears) And this Deponent John Wright< no role > further
Saith that Mary the Wife of Charles Blasdale (above in Francis Brown's
affidavit Particularly mentioned) is A Material Witness for this
Deponent in this Prosecution (being One of the Persons Present when
the above Named Defendant Miles Smith< no role > took this Deponent
