Take Notice that Intend to appear & Surrender myself at the
next Sessions of the peace Oyer and Terminer and Goal
delivery of Newgate to be held at Justice Hall in the
Old Bailey in and for the County of Middlesex on Friday
the 7th day of September next Ensuing the date hereof being
the Second day of the said Sessions, by Eight of the Clock
in the forenoon of the Same day and then & there to plead
not quilty to the Indictment you have preferred against
one for Shilling two Bushells of Peace and Eight years
posts the property of [..] the said Edward Stanton< no role > William Bucknall< no role > and
at the Same time and place to take my Tryal upon the
said Indictment dated the twenty Sixth Day of July [..]
