is before the Court these Deponents Cannot as
as they are advised Safely Proceed to their Tryall of this Indictment therefore
these Deponents Humbly Pray this Honourable Court
for the reason aforesaid will be the Stlease to Respite their
Recognizance untill the next Sessions when they will be
ready to Try their [..] upon this Indictment And Lastly
these Deponts. Say that they well know the said Daniel Craik< no role >
did not Depart this Kingdom to avoid the Tryal of this Indictment
but on other Business and are well Assured he will be in
England
before the next Sessions & will then attend their
Honble Court to take his Tryal on this Indictmt with these Depont.
