& Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St Mary in
Aldermanbury

Sheweth
That by an order or pass Warrant under the hands and seals of the right
honble

One of the Aldermen
of the said City two of his Majesties Justices of the peace
for
the said City (one whereof being of the Quorum) bearing date the 18th. day of June
1752
Ann Longsdon< no role >
aged thirty three years was removed and conveyed from and out
of the Parish of Saint Bartholomew the Less
London into the said Parish of St.
Mary in Aldermanbury
aforesaid
Your Petitioners conceiving themselves aggreived by
the said order or pass Warrant humbly appeal to this
Court against the same and pray that the hearing and
Determining the said appeal may be adjorned until the
next general quarter session of the peace to be held in &
for the said City And that the Church Wardens and
Overseers of the poor
of the said Parish of St. Bartholomew
the less
and all other persons concerned may then attend this
Court to hear and abide the judgment and Determination
of this Court touching the said Appeal
