City of London and the rest of his Majestie's Justices of the
Peace for the said City in their General Quarter Session
Assembled

The Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the poor of the parish of Saint
Stephen Coleman street London

Sheweth


That [..] or pass warrant dated the [..] day of June
Instt. under the Hands & Seals of his Lordsp and Thomas Chitty< no role >
Esqr . two of his Majesties Justices of the peace for the said City
(one being of the Quorum) Justina Cox< no role > widow of John Cox< no role >
and their 3 Children Justina< no role > aged 5 years, John< no role > aged 3 years &
Richard< no role > aged 5 Months were removed from the parish of Saint
Giles without Cripplegate London to the Said parish of Saint
Stephen Coleman street as the place of their last legall
Settlement

That your Petrs. humbly thinking themselves
aggrieved by the Judgement of the said two Justices
Appeal to your Lordship and Worships against
the Same Order And pray that you will be
pleas'd to determine the Same and make Such
Order thereon as to your Lordsp & Worships shall
seem meet

And your Petrs. shall Ever pray Etc.
