apprehended in the Parish of Saint Mary Aldermanburry

as a Rogue and Vagabond by the said Joseph Churchman< no role >
and upon Examination of the said Samuell Maines< no role >
taken before me upon Oath, (which Examination is hereunto
annexed) it doth appear, that the last legal Settlement of the said
Samuell Maines< no role >
is in the parish of Redruth
in
the County of Cornwall
These are therefore to require You the said Joseph Churchman< no role >
to convey the said Samuell Maines< no role >
to the parish of
that being the first Parish in the next Precinct, thro' which
he ought to pass, in the direct way to the said Parish
of Redruth
to which he is to be sent, and
to deliver him to the Constable or other Officer, of such first
parish in such next Precinct, together with this Pass and Dupli-
cate of the Examination of the said Samuell Maines< no role >
taking his Receipt for the same. And the said Samuell Maines< no role >
to be thence conveyed
on in like Manner to the said parish of Redruth
there to be delivered to some Church-warden, Chapel-warden, or
Overseer of the Poor
, there to be provided for according to Law.
And You the said Church-warden, Chapel-wardens, and Overseers of
the Poor, are hereby required to receive the said Samuell Maines< no role >
and provide for him
