same time heard Luff say that he beleived Johnson & pestell had put
something into his Milk, Say on Sunday being the Day before he and
the Sd. Davison disred together on a Matter Age his Wife had sent him, And
he then Eat very hearty & was very well; Buter the Monday Night he
was taken Ill & Complaind of a pain in his Bowells & heard him say

Ward with John Davison< no role > , Anden Tuesday Morning the 24th. day of March
he heard him Complain of being Ill & got up & was taken with Violent
purging and Vomiting, And heard him say it was the Stuff he had taken in
his Milk, says Mr. Delmahog was sent for who asked him his Age
he sd. he was 52. to which Mrs. Delmahog replayed it was not time of pay
