Lord Mayor of the City of London and to the rest of
his Majestys Justices of Goal Delivery of Newgate in
their Quarter Session Assembled

The Humble Prayer of Aaron Cardose< no role >

Sheweth


That your Petitioner was lately
apprehended and Committed to the County Gaol for
Surry on Suspicion of Receiving Goods in the City
of London knowing them to be Stolen, and your
Petitioner has since been Removed by Habeas Corpus
therefrom to his Majestys Goal of Newgate where
he now remains Confined

That your Petitioner well knowing his
Innocence in the premisses Most humbly
Prays that in pursuance of the Habeas
[..] Corpus Act He may be either Bailed
Tryed or Discharged at this present Session

And your Petitioner as in Duty
bound will pray
