Elizabeth< no role > Widow & Relief of the Sd. John Davison< no role > Maketh Oath & saith that
on Sunday was Sennight the 22d day of Match her Husband John Divison was
very well but had a Cord before that but was then very well; And Eat very
hearty of a Matten Pye She that Day sent him for dinner, Says the next day
Monday when she went to see him heard that he had some Milk for
Breakfast And in the Evening when she came to see him he Complained of a
pain in his Bowells & said that he was affraid that comebody had plaid sticks
with him & the next dag Tuesday found him Consulsed & Extremely Ill, Says
that she went to Mr. Delmahoy & he ordered him something to take, And a
Clister, But was never well afterwards, Says on Wednesday she found him
Consulsed again & in fitts; Says then she went to Dr Lob, & informd him
in what manner he was & what has been given him; And then he
presented for him, Says that he had a Violent parying & Vounting all
along more on less, Says by the advise of Dr. Lab she did put some Runn in
his white Genell & other things that he took, And that she gave him a
Clister made of both Etc. And that her Husband infound her it was Jullop
they gave him & salt of Wormwood, And that one Johnson & one pestell
has given it him, Says that he continued Extremely Ill & Dyed a Sanday
the 29th: day of March 1752.

John Luff< no role > a prisoner Maketh Oath & saith that on Monday was sen night he
was in the same Room with John Davison< no role > at Breakfast & was Mr. Johnson
& Mr. Pestell sterring something in a Cup over the fire, Says the sd. Davison
was then at Break fast by the fire side, And verily believes that they put
something into his Milk As to was so soon Ill after Eating of it
