The Information of John Magreth< no role >

This Informant on his Oath Saith That On or About November
last he Come prisoner into the Marshalsea prison and there Became
Acquainted with Jacob Stone< no role > present who [..] after sometime desired him this
Informant [..] to draw a draughter or form of a Will which this
Informant accordingly did and this Informant farther on his Oath
Saith that on or about the Month of DecemberJanuarylast the said Jacob Stone< no role >
Compleined to this Informant that his Brother William Stone< no role > was
dead and that he the said Jacob Stone< no role > had a Will at Cockfield in
Supere) [..]
and the said Jacob Stone< no role > Told the Informant that the Name of

Kyte a Subscribed Witness to the said Will above mentioned was
Taken of from a letter Written by the SaidKyte by holding the Same
up to a Window Glass
