That by A pass Warrant or Order of Removal under the
hands and Seals of the said Lord Mayor and

two of his Majesty's Justices of the peace
for the said
City and Libertys (whereof one is of the Quorum) bearing
date the Second day of February 1750

That your Petr. and Appellts. apprehending themselves agrieved
by the sd. Order of the said two Justices do appeal to this Court against
the same
Your Petrs. and Appellts. therefore pray that this Court will
appoint a Day this present Session for the Church Wardens
and Overseers of the poor of the said Parish of Botolph
Bishopsgate
and all persons concerned to attend this Court
to hear and abide the Judgment and determinacon of the same
touching this Appeal And that your Petrs. and Appellts. may
be relieved as this Court shall see meet.
