To the Rt. Worshipful His Majesty's Justices of
the Peace for the City of London Assembled in General
Quarter Session at the Guild Hall of the said City.

The Humble Petition of the Churchwardens and Overseers
of the Poor of the Parish of St Mary Le Bone in the County of
Middlesex

Sheweth


That by virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order
under the Hands and Seals of the Rt. Honble Francis Cokayne< no role >
Lord Mayor and Thomas Rawlinson< no role > Esqr . two of his Majesty's
Justices of the peace for the said City (one being of the Quorum)
bearing date the Twelfth day of February last past Susanna
Brown

nurture Vizt. Susanna< no role > aged four years and James< no role > aged
four months were removed and Conveyed from the Parish
of St. Sepulchres London to the said Parish of St. Mary Le
Bone in the County of Middlesex the said Susanna Brown< no role >
as the place of her last legal Settlement, and her said two
Bastard Children for Nurture.

Your Petitioners thinking themselves aggrieved
by the Judgement of the said two Justices of the peace
Appeal to this Court against the same and desire to
be relieved therein
