The Humble Petition and appeal of the Church-
Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the parish
of Holy Trinity within the Liberty of His Majesty's
Tower of London in the County of Midd.

Sheweth

That by vertue of an Order or Pass Warrant under the Hands & Seals
of two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the City of London (one
being of the Quorum) bearing Date the 16th. Day of March last Elizth.
Ambrose< no role > therein alledged to be the Widow of James Ambrose< no role > deced
who had no Settlement in England was removed from & out
of the parish of St Both Bishopsgate London, into the said
Parish of Holy Trinity (by the description of the Parish of
Trinity in the Minories in the County of Midd) as the Place of her last
legal Settlement Whereby your Petr. humbly Conceive them [..]

in the Premes as to your Lordp and this honble
