This Examinant on his Oath sayd that this Sister Sarah Coe< no role >
having
bearinginformed this Dept. that she had Reason to beleive that
Francis Wiggs< no role >
Bricklayers
had stolen a Silver Spoon out of the
House of her Mistress who lives in Grace Church Street
London
on Friday last desired this Deponent who lives at Cheschurch
in Hertfordshire
to apprehend the said Francis Wiggs< no role >

hear of him) at he was at the Rose and Crown alehouse
at
Cheschurch on Saturday last one of his Neighbours at Cheschurch
came into the Alehouse to this Dept. and told Him He saw the
said Francis Wiggs< no role >
coming that way and they Dept. says that
soon after, the said Francis Wiggs< no role >
came into the said Alehouse
where this Dept. wasandHe this Dept. asked Him whether He did not taken
silver Spoon outs of the House where this Depts. said saith [..]
in London
, that He answered, no, and that then this Dept. told him
He thought He had, and then the said [..] Examins Wiggs asked the said &
[..] Deponents What Satisfaction He would have, and He this Dept.
answered, the Satisfaction, but that He would deliver therefore
and that the said Francis Wiggs answered Isack help You to
the Spoon.
