To the Churchwardens, & Overseers of the Poor of the Parish
of Saint Mary Mounthaw in the City of London , or to any
or either of them

These are to give You notice That we whose names are hereunto sett &
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Luke &
in the County of Middlesex Doe intend to appear at the next Generall
Quarter Sessions of the Peace to be holden for the said City of London at
instant at Ten o'Clock in the Forenoon then and there to appeal against a
Warrant or order under the hands and Seals of two of his Majestys Justices
of the Peace for the City of London aforesaid (one whereof is of the
Quorum) bearing date the Second day of June instant, Whereby
A Male Bastard Child aged nine Years and upwards baptized by the name
of Thomas was removed from your said Parish of Saint Mary Mount have
in the City of London aforesaid, to our said Parish of Saint Luke in the
said County of Middlesex , as the Place of his last Legall Settlement
as by you pretended Dated this 25th. day of June 1746 .
