Oath Psent That the Mumford otherwise
Mountford late of London Yeoman and Wm
Andrews
< no role > late of the Same Yeoman upon the
19th. day of Novr. in the 20th. sd of the Reign of
& Sovr. Ld. Geo the 2d, by the grace of God of
Great Britain France of Ireland King Dep. of the
Faith of forth wth. force & arms at London
(that is to say) at the Parish of Allhallows Barking
in the Ward of Towerin London afd. in
a certain place there stituate called stone Staires
in & upon one Benjamin Thrumpton< no role >
then & there being one of the Porters of ye city of London
called Billingsgate Porters & also commonly called Fellowship
Porter & in the Peace of
God afd. sd Ld. the King & being also then & there
in the [..] transaction of his lawful Business
as one of the Sd. Billingsgate otherwise Fellowship Porters unlawfully
& wthout any just Cause or provocacon wt soer
did make an Assault & him the sd. Benja.
Thrumpton then & there being in the hansauon
of such him lawful Business as one of the sd.
