To the Right Honoble. Sir Richard Hoare< no role > Knt . Lord
Mayor and the Right Worship full the Recorder and the
left of his Majesties Justices of the peace for the said city and the
Liberties thereof in their general quarter session assembled

The humble Peticon and appeal of the Church wardens and
Overseers of the poor of the Parish of st. Botolph without Aldgate
in the County of Middx.

Sheweth


That by Virtue of a Warrant or Order under the Hands and seals of
the Right Honoble. Sir Richard Hoare< no role > Knt . Lord Mayor and Sir
Robert Ladbroke< no role > Knt . two of his Majesties Justices of the peace of
the said city and the liberties thereof bearing date the eighteenth
day of June instant Jane Price< no role > wife of Samuel Price< no role > (who is alleged
by the said order to be at sea) was removed and conveyed from and
out of the parish of saint Andrew in Holborn London into the
said parish of St. Botolph without Aldgate aforesaid as the Place
of her last legal Settlement

Your Petrs. Conceiving themselves aggrieved
by the said warrant or order humbly appeal
to this court against the same and pray such
relief in the premes as to this honoble. court
shall seem meet
