Stables there a Hast a pair of Stockings and a Shirt which
they carryed to the said Betty Smallman< no role > & Sold them to her
for five Shillings of which he had Sixteen pence for his
Share after which he runn away from them and left
them and got into work at a [..] Warfe in White Fryers
where they in about Fortnight after found him out
and threatned to charge him with a Constable & palted
him with Stones noss the Lighters whereby he was obliged
to goe along with them again and the day after they all
of them about noon followed a Cart into Grovenor Square
and Bishop an Travally under pretence of Timing the
Coles that was in the Cart went into the Gentlemans
house and brought from thence two Silver Spoons
which they together runn away with to the said Betty
Samllman and told her how they came by them and
the bought them for twelve Shilings but the Money was.
Shared between the said Bishop and Travalley this Examinant
refuseing to have any part thereof for fear of the ill
consequences and thereupon he left them again and got
into work Sir about a fortnight without being found out
by them but on Wednesday last as he was hing himselfe
in the Kennell in Cheap side they picked him up again
and threatned to prosecute him if he would not goe along
with them that thereupon being very much affraid he went
along with them and laid with them that night and the
next Day about Seven o Clock they came into the Poultry
to a Lynnen Drapers Shop and Bishop and this Examinant
went in to buy a Handkercheife and white they were haffaking
for the said handkercheif Travalley Stole a parcell of handker
-cheifes and runn away with them then Bishop Slipt out and
runn away likewise but this Examinant was Stopt by the
Master of the said Shop and further this Examinant Saith
not
