day of taking this Inquisicon wth form do at London vizt in ye Parish of St Budget otherwise St Brides
in ye ward of Farringdon
without die keep & maintain & yet doth keep & maintain a certain Comon
illgoverned & disorderly house & med house
for his own here & gain certain will & ill disposed persons as well
Men as Women of evil name & same & of dishonest Conversation to peyners & come
together then & on sd other days & unlawfully & willfully did came procure permitd
Suffer & sd Men & Women in ye house at in lawfully times as well in ye night as in ye day
then & oncd other days & there to be & demain drinking coppling whering scolding
fighting nearing making great noise & Clamours & otherwise

Deft is a person of very bad Character & gods among ye vulgar by ye Nick name of
Jemmy ye Month & keeps a nutorions baddy house in George Alley

on to return into another room with one of ye Ladies, when their business was over a
some Gin drank up there arose a Quarrall abt. ye Charge for a Shilling which
Johnson pd for ye Sinn ye Lady insisting to keep it as her reward (from inn
pudoris) & Mr Johnson insisting ye the was entituled to none he not having
(as he expressed is) made are of her body
