Severally make Oath And first this Depont, William White< no role > for
himself Saith that he this Depont. did this day See Mr. Daniel
Mackanally publickly in Hosier Lane near Smithfield London
and this Depont. John Ravenscroft for himself Smith that he
this Depont. did Publickly See the said Daniel Mackanally< no role >
last Sunday in the old Bailey London and abt. this day sennight he this
Depont. Saw the sd. Mackanally in the old Bailiss & her assitted this Depont. he woud Attend these Tryals
and these Deponts. both Say that the sd. Daniel Mackanally< no role > is the
Identical Persons which She said Andrew Tracey< no role > hath Sworn
to be his Materiall Witness in the above prosecutions as they verily
Believe, and Lastly these Deponts. both believe that the said
Daniel Mackanally< no role > is easily to be Served with a Subpence
to Attend this Court if any Endeavours had been Used for that purpose
and lastly this Depont. Richard Sherlock< no role > maketh oath that he his Depont. Prfect no means
whatsoever to prevent the sd. Mackanallis Appearing on these Tryall not had any Concerns
whit sepp [..] el in the Impressing the said Mackanolly or Causing him [..] in soft be.
