Severally make Oath & say & first the said
Beck for himself saith that the said
Mr. Edward Allen< no role > was the Apothecary that attend
this deponent in his Illness occasiond by the
Defendants assaulting & beating this De [..]
-ponent & that the said Edward Allen< no role > was the
Person that healed this deponent of his
Wounds & bruises, & this Deponent Wm.
Allen for himself saith, that the said
Mr. Allen his said Fatherthat about
three of the Clock this Morning [..]
taken very ill of the Colick & continues
so ill to this Time that he keeps his Bed
& can't venture abroad without great
hazard & Danger of his Life & this De-
-ponent Beck for himself further saith
that the said Mr. Allen the Father is a
material Witness for him this Deponent
