Sheweth
That by Vertue of an Order or Pass Warrant under the Hands
and Seals of two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace
for the said City
(one being of the Quorum) bearing date the 13th. day of May last 1743 one

deceas'd was removed upon
her Own Oath from the Parish of Saint Botolph Aldgate

to the said Parish of Saint Mary at Hill
London
as the Place of her
last legal Settlement
Yor Petr therefore Conceive themselves Aggrieved by
the said Order or Pass Warrant and humbly Appeal
agt. the same And pray the Benefit of the said Appeal
may be Saved unto them and further grant Yor Petrs
such other Releif in the Premisses as Your Worships
shall Seem meet
