The humble Petition of the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor
of the Parish of Trinity
London.
Sheweth
That by Vertue of an Order or Pass Warrant under the
Hands and Seals of your Lord Stick and the worshipful Robert
Westly Esquire, two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace
for
the City of London
(one being of the Quorum) bearing Date
the 7th Day of Decr. 1742

aged 11 Years were removed from the Parish of
Saint Botolph Bishopgate
London unto the said Parish of
Trinity London
as the Place of their last legal Settlement
Whereby your Petitioners humbly conceive themselves agrieved
Therefore your Petitioners humbly appeal to
this honourable Court against the Order of the said
two Justices and humbly pray they may be heard
in the Premisses and have such Relief therein
as shall seem most meet and that the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the sd.
Parish of St. Botolph Bishopgate
London may
be injoyned to abide by the Judgment and
Determination of your Lordship and Worships
touching the said Appeal.
And your Petitioners shall ever
pray Etc.
