To the Right Worshipfull his Majestys Justices of
the Peace for the City of London at their Generall
Quarter Sessions assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the
Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the Parish of Saint Stephen Wallbrook in the
City of London .

Sheweth


That by Vertue of a Pass Warrant under the Hands and
Seals of two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the said
City (whreof one is of the Quorum there is mentioned bearing
Date the First Day of December in the year of our Lord One
Thousand Seven hundred and Forty Two Sarah Candy Widow
and her Son George Aged about Five Years were removed from
the Parish of Saint Michael Royall in the said City to the
said Parish of Saint Stephen Walbrook as the last legall
Place of their Settlement By which your Petitioners humbly
conceive themselves aggreived and appeal to this Court against
the sd. Pass Order

Your Petitioners therefore pray your Worshipps
will be pleased to hear and determine the
Matters touching this Appeal and [..] them
such Releif in the Premises as to your Worships
shall seem just and meet

And yor. Petitrs. shall ever pray Etc.
