Mayor of the City of London and the Rest of his Majesty's
Justices of the Peace for the said City at their General
Quarter Session of the peace at Guildhall & for the
said City assembled.

The [..] Petition & appeal of the [..]
and Overseers of the poor of the Parish of St. Andrew
Holborn in the County of Middlesex

Sheweth

That by Virtue of an order under the hands & Seals of
the said Lord Mayor and George: Arnold< no role > Esqr : two of his
Majesties Justices of the peace for the said City and the Libertys
thereof (one being of the Quorum) bearing date the Second
Day of December last John Gould< no role > was removed from the
Parish of Allhallows Staining London to the said Parish
of St: Andrew Holborn in the County of Middlesex as the
place of their last legal Settlemt: whereby yor: Petitioners
conceive themselves to be aggrieved

Therefore they humbley Appeal to this Honble Court
and pray that the sd: Court will be Pleased toorder
that the Churchwardens and Overseers of the
poor of the said Parish of Alehallows Staining
and all persons concened Do attend this Court

the Judgemt. and Determination of the Court
to [..] the said App [..] l Etcgive your Petitioners such
Relief in the Premisses as to this Honble. Court shall seem meet
