sent and delivered by the Chuch Wardens and Overseers of the poor of the
Parish of Saint Botolph Aldgate
in London unto the Church Wardens and
Overseers of the Poor
of the parish of Harlow
in the County of Essex

and other Circumstances that the last
legal Settlement of the said Susanna Barnet< no role >
and her four Children was
in the Parish of Harlow
in the County of Essex
Now upon hearing of the
Petition and Appeal of the Church Wardens and Overseers of the poor of the said
Parish of Harlow
in the Presence and hearing of the Churchwardens and Overseers
of the Poor of the said Parish of Saint Botolph Aldgate against the Warrant and
Judgment of the said two Justices and having heard what could be alledged on either
Side by the respective Church Wardens their Councel and Witnesses in and concerning
the premisses It is thereupon now Considered and Ordered by this Court that the Warrant
and Judgment of the said two Justices be Quashed and the Appeal allowed and that
they the said Susanna Barnet< no role >
and her said four Children be soul bark and delivered to
the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Saint Botolph
Aldgate London to be by them maintained nd provided for untill they can free
themselves from the Charge thereof by due Course of Law And it is further Ordered
by this Court that the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish
of Saint Botolph Aldgate
do forthwith pay or cause to be paid unto the Church
Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Harlow
in the said
County of Essex
the Sum of two pounds for the Maintainance of the said
Susanna Barnet< no role >
and Sarah, Elizabeth James and John her four Children as
aforesaid.
