Sheweth.

That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant
under th Hands & Seals of year Lordship & Robt. Ladbroke< no role >
Esqr . one of the Aldren, & Two of His Majesty's Justices of ye.
Peace for the City of London & the Libties thereof (One being
of the Quorum) bearing Date the Sixth Day of February
1741. Margaret Lowry< no role > Wife of William Lowry< no role > , was Removed
from the Parish of St. Botolph Aldgate London, unto the sd.
Parish of Alhallows Barkin London, Alledging the sd. Parish
of Alhallows Barkin , to be the Place of her last legall Settlmt:

That Your Petr. conceiving themselves agrieved
by the said Warrant or Order sa afd. Do Appeal to
your Lords & Worships therefrom, & humbly pray
that you will be pleased to hear them concerning
the Premisses, And that the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Sd. Parish of St. Botolph
Aldgate London, may appear before you, to hear &
abide the Judgment & Determination of your
Lordp & Worps touching this Appeal.
