(One being of the Quorum) bearing Date the thirteenth Day
of July One thousand seven hundred and forty one was sent and delivered by
the Church Wardens and Overseers of the poor of the Parish of Saint Botolph
Aldgate London unto the Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the parish
of Christ Church
in the County of Middlesex

Now upon hearing the Petition and Appeal of the Church Wardens
and Overseers of the poor of the said Parish of Christ Church
in the County of
Middlesex
in the presence and hearing of the Church Wardens and Overseers
of the poor of the said Parish of saint Botolph Aldgate
London against the
Warrant and Judgment of the said two Justices and having hears what could
be alledged on either side by the respective Church Wardens their Councel
and Witnesses in and concerning the Premisses It is thereupon now Ordered
and Considered by this Court that the Warrant and Judgment of the said two
Justices be Quashed and the Appeal allowed And that the said John Burton< no role >
be sent bark and delivered to the Church Wardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the said Parish of saint Botolph Aldgate London to be by them
maintained and provided for untill they can free themselves from the Charge
thereof by due Course of Law.
