The humble Petition and Appeal of the Church
Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the parish
of Trinity Minories in the Liberty of the [..]

Sheweth

That by a Pass or Order of Removal under the
hands and Seals by Williams and Robt. Ladbrooke< no role > two & his
Majestys Justices of the peace for the City of London and
Libertys thereof (where of one is of the Quorum) bearing date
the fourteenth day of July now last past Elizabeth Howard< no role >
widow of Samuel Howard< no role > deced was removed from the parish
of St. Andrew Hubbard in the said City of London to the sd. Parish of Init. Mi [..] Widow as the place
of her last legal Settlement.

By which said Pass or Order of Removal of the
said two Justices your petrs. apprehend themselves agrieved
and appeal to this Court against the Same.

Therefore your Petrs. and appellants pray that
this Court will appoint a day this present session
for the Church Wardens and Overseers of the poor
the Sd. Parish of St. Andrew Hubbard and All other
persons concerned to Attend this Court to hear and
Abide the Judgment and Determination of
Court touching the said Appeal and that [..]
and appellts. may be relieved therein According [..]
