upon hearing the Petition and Appeal of the Church Wardens and Overseers of
the poor of the said Parish of Saint Luke in the County of Middlesex

the Warrant and Judgment of the said two Justices and having heard what
could be alledged on either Side by the respective Church Wardens their
Councel and Witnesses in and concerning the premisses It is thereupon
considered and Ordered by this Court that the Judgment and Warrant of
the said two Justices be and the same is hereby confirmed And it is
likewise further Ordered that the said John Clark< no role >

by the Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of
