Sheweth

That yor. Petr. [..] bound Apprentice to one Luke
Prior< no role > of ye parish of St Botolph Aldgate by ye
Parish of St Gyles without Cripplegate London
as a Parish Bo [..] to serve the sd. Prior To ye
Trade of Cordwainer

That ye sd. Prior is Absconded & gone away
& left yor Re [..] tirely unprovided for &
the Indentures of ye Apprentiship lost and
Mislayd so that yor Petr is not albe to
produce either part of ye sd. Indentures

That ye Parish of Aldgate are willing to
provide for yor. Petr. provided His Court
will please to discharge ye sd. Indentures of
apprentiship

Yor Petr therefore most humbly
prays this Honrble Court to
discharge yor Petr from the
[..] apprentiship and yor Petr
shall ever pray Etc
