Sheweth
That your Petitioner about the Fifteenth day of March one
thousand seven hundred and thirty three was put an Apprentice
by Foreign Indenture to
Abraham Levi< no role >
the younger of London
Diamond Cutter
to
Serve from thence for the Space of Five Years
That your Petitioner hath faithfully Served the said Levi for the
Space of Two years and behaved and Demeaned himself in all things
a [..] an honest apprentice, But the said Levi hath not allowed to
your Petitioner Sufficient Meat Drink washing & Lodging nor
taught and Instrusted your Petr in the said Trade of a Diamond Cutter
as by his Agreement he is Obliged to do And hath Several times
beat your Petr. very immediately without any Just occasion
Therefore your Petitioner humbly Prays that
for the Causes aforesd he may be Discharged from
his said Apprenticeship
, and have such other
Relief as to this Court shall seem meet
And your Petitioner shall ever pray Etc
