and Elizabeth Smith< no role > herewith Sent you being Charged
before me by Mary Crone< no role > upon Oath for being Concerned
with Mary< no role > the wife of the said Benjamin Brooks< no role > in
Assaulting and wounding her and forceably Robbing her of
five Guineas in Gold and two Shillings in Silver of Current
British Money and them in your Said Custody Safely keep
untill they Shall be Discharged by due Course of Law and
for your so doeing this Shall be you Warrant Given under
My hand and Seal this Eighteenth day of February 1734 .
