BrandyRumor other Distilled Liquors to be Drank in his said
House in Contempt of this order And in Case the said Thomas
Horrobin shall hereafter presume to Sell BrandyRumand other
Distilled Liquors in his said House in Contempt of this order
that then the said Beadle of the Ward and Constables are hereby
required to take and Apprehend the said Thomas Horrobin< no role > and
bring him before Seace or one of Six Majestys Justices of the
Peace for this City to be Punished and dealt with as an Unlicenced
Person Selling BrandyRumand other Distilled Liquors
According to Law But this Court doth hereby given Leave and
Allow the said Thomas Horrobintime a Months from the Date hereof to sell off his Brandy
Ramand other Distilled Liquor's which He now hath in Store
to and Untill the Next General Sessions of the Peace to be
Held for this City and no Longer
