of Midlesex Gent . an holden and firmly do stand
bound unto sarah akeroyde< no role > of the parish of
Walthampton in the County of Essex Widow , in
the Sum of one Hundred pounds of good and
Lawful money of England, and to be pard unto
her the said Sarah Akeroyde< no role > her certain Attorney
her Executors Administrators or Assigns, to them
or either of them to the which payment will
and truly to do made I do hereby bird my self
my Heirs Executors and Administrators firmly by
these presents: Sealed with my Seal Dated
the 8th Day of July in the Ninth Year
of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the
second, of Great Britain France and Ireland, King
Defender of the Faith and in ye. year of our Lord
1735.

The Condition of this obligation is such that if the above bounder
James Harris< no role > do or cause to be kept the above said Sarah Akeroyde< no role >
in good and Defant meat Drink Cloathing Washing and Lodging
from the Day of his marriage with Sarah mortimer< no role > her Daughter
for and during the Naturall life of the aforesaid Sarah Akeroyde< no role >
only, and further to provide at his Discretion and defray the
charge and Expence of her Burial at her Decease, than and in such
Case the above said obligation to be void and of none effect
otherwise to Remain in full force and vertue.
