Sheweth
That by Virtue of an Order or pass Warrant under
the Hands and Seals of two of his Majestys Justices of
the Peace for the City of London
(one of them being of
the Quorum) bearing Date the twenty ninth Day of
January last past

his Wife
were removed from the Parish of Saint Botolph without
Bishopsgate London
to the Parish of Saint Ethelburga
London
as the Place of their last legal Settlement.
Your Petitioners conceiving themselves
aggrieved by the Warrant and Judgment
of the said two Justices humbly appeal to
this Honourable Court for Relief in the
Premisses.
And Your Petitioners shall ever pray
