Sheweth
That Your Petitioners by Indenture bearing Date the third Day
of September One thousand seven hundred and twenty eight was according
to the Custome of the City of London
bound Apprentice
to his Father
James Nicholson< no role >
Citizen and Sadler
Your Petitioners being unacquainted
with the Laws of this Realm and the Custome of this City Afterwards
to wit the Sixth Day of May One thousand seven hundred and thirty
two did bind himself Apprentice to the said Ryley Lanyon for the
Term of Seven years Which last binding your Petitioner was enticed
and over persusaded to comply with by the said Ryley Lanyon who
would frequently meet your Petitioner when from home and use
many Arguments with your Petitioner to become his Apprentice
Since which the said Ryley Lanyon hath immoderately beat and
corrected Your Petitioner with on unlawfull Weapon and otherwise
misused your Petitioner
Your Petitioner therefore most himbly
Prays Your Lordship and Worships will discharge
him from his said Apprenticeship
with the said
Ryley Lonyon.
And Your Petitioner shall Ever
Pray and so forth
