desired this
Examts to go with him into Norfolk
to help him to sell
are Estate of Five Pounds P Annum at Baily and it
was sold upon Condicon the purchaser should have a
good Title to it for Ninety four pounds else one Guinea
that the Purchase, paid down in part of that money
Parties that were concerned were resolved on
Sending for a Letter informed that the purchaser
would not accept the Tille Therefore Christopher
Smith desired that the Fine should pass by friends
of his in Town to save the Charge of his relations
coming to Town and this Examt. beleives the said Smith obtained
