To the Right honble Barber Esqr. Lord Mayor of the
City of London and the Worpfll, the Aldermen & Recorder of
the said City in Quarter Sessions Assembled

Wee the Referrees recomended to Arbitrate between the Above Appellant
and respondents having taken upon us the said Referrence have
had some Meetings in Order to finish the same But for as
Much as we think it necessary to have further Meetings in
Order finally to Adjust the said Disputes which we cannot
Compleat by this Quarter Sessions Do humbly desire your Lopp
& Worps that the time for hearing the said Appeals may be
adjourned to the next Sessions.
