The Informacon of Robert Misfield< no role > taken
this 7th. day of July 1732

This Informant sworn saith that upon the
8th. of June last to the best of this Informants
Knowledge being in Jeon Monger Row at A
publick house and A disturbance made there
by [..] one [..] [..] Ward the [..] one
Charles Johnson< no role > to move him from the house
upon which the sd Johnson took him up in
his Army and carry'd him to the door. Then
they quarrel'd upon which [..] Waltor Wade Turning
(again they fought in ye house and with much
adoe the Landlady and this Informant parted them
Then Porter Stripp'd of his Clothes and sd. if
Johnson would fight him fairly he would
forgive him and whilst [..] Wade was
Stripping the sd: Johnson Struck him with A
lane, they being parted Johnson went up Stairs
and Porter Wade< no role > andpresently coming down again said he would
for him out when upon Guard tomorrow after
which [..] Wade enquiring for his hal this
Informant gave it him and got him out of
doors the Charles Johnson< no role > came down Stairs
with his swood in his hand and made L motion
to strike the sd: Wade with his Sword upon which
shy Informant shut the door
