The further Information of Lionell Theed< no role > who Saith yt on
the next Munday after ye House of John Downes< no role > was broke
open as mention'd in the foregoing Examinations being the Seventh
of this Instant Decembr. Richd. Ballenger< no role > came to this Informants
Brother Francis Richman< no role > with his Fingers very much Cutt & then
the Said Francis Richman< no role > Asked how he had Cutt his Fingers & the
Said Ballenger Answer'd that he had cutt his Fingers with getting
into the Window out of ye Slaughter house & Said he would Sooner
be hanged & take all upon himself than he would discover ye
person who was concern'd with him in ye Robberry which other
person this Informant believes to be One Macdonald an Irish
-man who was a loose dissorderly person which used to keep ye Said
Ballenger Company & ye Said Ballenger always carried a Brace of
Pistolls in his pocket as Richman this Informants Brother told him
& this Informants once ask'd ye Said Ballenger to let him See
one of ye Said pistolls who answer'd he had left 'em at home
& this Informant Saith that on Wednesday ye Ninth Instant
ye said Ballenger brought home a great Coat & a Boys Coat
which he Said he had found in ye Slaughter House & he
gave this Informant ye Great Coat & his Sister ye Boys Coat
for her Son & ye Day following came & order'd them out of
the house & this Informant hath heard ye Said Ballenger
Say that if he got Clear of this Job he had another
as good a Booty in his Eye
