This Examinant Confesseth and Saith that on
the 27th. of December last in the Evening he this
Examint. comeing along St. Pauls
Churchyard in
Company with one John Legrand< no role >
mett a Gentleman
in Liquor talking to two women that the said John
Legrand spoke to the said Gentleman
and desired
him to leave the said Women And he would goe with
him home which the said Gentleman refused but said
he would make them drink for their Civillity upon which
they went together to the Kings head Ale house in
Avey Mary Lane & Drank three pints of Drink and
from thence he this Examint. the said John Legrand< no role >

the said Gentleman
went to the Vine Tavern
in
Grey Fryers
Newgate Street
and Drank two
Pints of Wine And this Examinant further Saith
that after they came out of the said house at the Corner
of the said Grey Fryers the said John Legrand< no role >
Robed
the said Gentleman
of his Hatt & Wigg & Cane and
Four Shillings and Six pence in money and that he
this Examint. did Assist in the said Robery and did
receive part of the said Four Shillings and Six pence
that was taken away from the said Gentleman by
the said John Legrand< no role >
and further Saith not
