which Said Promissary Noate was produced to
this Informt. at ye Swan Coffee house in the
Old Baily London And at the same time the
said Thomas Bartlett< no role > demanded Payment
thereof of this Inft. as Attorney to ye said Elizabeth
Smith And also of Edward Long< no role > her Brother
And at the same time shewed this Inft. a Decla-
-ration agt. the said Elizabeth Smith< no role > (who was
then in Custody in Newgate upon an Execu-
tion sued out by the said Bartlett) threatning
to deliver the same and to Charge the sd. Elizabeth
Smith for the sum of Ten pounds ten shillings
pretended to be due on the said Noat which [..]

said Bartlett delivered into this Inft. [..]
