Alhallows Staining London

Sheweth

That by an Order under the hands & Seals of two of his Matys.
Justices of the Peace for the said City & Libertys (Quorum Unus)
bearing date the Third day of this instant April Sebella
Tarne< no role > Wife of Edward Tarne< no role > was latley removed from the
Parish of St. Andrew Holborne London to the said Parish
of Allhallowes Staining as the Place of her last legal
Settlement.

Your Petitioners thinking themselves
aggreived by the Judgement of the said
two Justices of the peace to appeal to your
Lordship & Wordships against the said
Order and humbly desire this Court will
make such Order therein as to Your
Lordship & Worships shall seem meet
