bearing unto the third day of June last Richard Stone< no role > Est [..]
wife and their two Children Thomas< no role > aged [..] Eight years
and Katherine< no role > aged three years were removed from the [..]
of St Botolph without Aldgate in the said City to the sa [..]
of St Mary White Chappell as the place of their last legal [..]

That your Petitioners think themselves agrieved by [..]
Order of severall of the said Two Justices aggrived [..]

Your Petitioners and Appellr therefore Pray that [..]
will appoint a day this present Sessions for the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the poor of the parish of St Botolph wth. out [..]
in the said City and all other Persons concerned to Attend [..]
Court to hear and abide the Judgment and determination
of this Court touching the said Appeal and that your
Petitioners and Appelts. may be received therein accoording
to Law and Justice
