deced) maketh Oath That the said
Charles Smith< no role >
on or about the nineteenth day of December last
made his last will & this Dept. together with Edward & Nicholas< no role >
Smith Exors thereof & did soon after depart this Kingdom &
go to Flanders where soon after his arrivall there he Dyed
as this Dept. is informed & (verily believes) by Darby & Nester
now residing at Offend & at whose house the sd. Charles Smith< no role >
so
dyed & who did Expend & layout Moneys for & on account of
his Funerall and this Dept. also Saith That the sd. Darby
Nester hath since the Death of the sd. Charles Smith< no role >
been in
England
& hath been paid by this Dept. & his Co-Executors
the Sume of five Pounds or thereabouts for Money paid by the
sd. Darby Nester< no role >
for the sd. Deceased Funerall And that this
Dept. the said Edward Smith< no role >
& Nicholas Smith< no role >
have since
the Death of the sd. Charles Smith< no role >
duly proved his will in the
prerogative Court
of Canterbury
& have caused severall of
the Debtors to the Estate of the said Charles Smith< no role >
to be sued in
their names as his Executors.
